On the 2nd of June Roy Mangersnes, together with Dr. Gunnar Henriksen, releases the book "Kjør - a heaven for birds and seals". The book is a 160 pages guide to the amazing wildlife and scenery of the Kjør nature reserve outside Rogaland in Norway. Dr. Gunnar Henriksen has specialized in seals, and has been working with the Kjør population for the least twelve years. His text is fascinating with lots of facts on the natural history and cultural history of these isolated islets. The pictures have all been taken during the last three years both in the summer and winter, on and around the nature reserve. The size of the book is 27x21cm. It is printed on exclusive paper, and the layout is light with special attention to the images.
